Terms:We accept payment by Visa, Master card, Cashiers check, or Money order. We also accept Personal and Business checks, however these are subject to a two week waiting period for bank clearance. We also allow C.O.D. shipments with a valid credit card number on file to guarantee the full shipping amount. C.O.D. shipments must be paid by cashiers check or money order-cash cannot be accepted.

Product Availability: We try to ship all orders within 15 working days. Special orders or custom built merchandise may take longer due to the nature of the product, but every effort will be made to insure your merchandise arrives in a timely manner. We urge our customers to order early, and under no circumstance begin disassembly of vehicle until such time as all parts have arrived.

Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization and the return authorization number.  The authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or returns will not be accepted. Return sent C.O.D. will be refused.

Pricing: We make every effort to insure all prices in our catalog are correct. In the event that typographical errors or price differences due to old or outdated brochures occurs, we reserve the right to correct them, and are not obligated to sell product at outdated or mismarked prices. If any incident occurs we apologize and make every effort to avoid these mistakes. Prices subject to change without notice.

Liability: Z&M's liability will not surpass the original purchase value of the product. Z&M is in no way liable for any damage or injury that may result from the use of any item purchased from our establishment.  Sole responsibility lies on the purchaser and user of the product for any liability that comes forth as a result of the use of one of our products.  By purchasing any product put forth by our company the purchaser acknowledges and is bound by the above.  If the above is not acceptable to a potential customer then that customer should not purchase or use our products.
